Wenstead is a modern day fictional layout set in the West Country of England.

 

It features an island terminus platform station operated by GWR where Class 150, 153 & 158’s arrive and depart. Adjacent to the station is a DMU servicing and stabling point.

DB Cargo UK have a satellite depot for basic and routine maintenance on both loco’s and china clay wagons.

occasional visits from other freight operators. 

 

The layout is fully DCC including points using a Digitax system. Rolling stock is from Bachmann, Dapol, Accurascale & Hornby. Track is code 75 along with point motors from Peco.
