FIDDLE YARD

Fiddle yard is a generic industrial micro layout. Depending on which rolling stock is used it could be Briggs Dundee, Cupar Sugar Beet, Guardbridge Paper Mill or Balgonie Colliery.
This layout/diorama came about because I was returning to modelling after more than 50 years and needed a small project as a larger layout was just too daunting. It is very portable so l can take it to Cupar Model Railway Club nights and work on it there and at home. The violin case was found in a skip several years ago.
